Parking is always hard to find in Central, but we suggest nearby facilities at IFC (http://www.ifc.com.hk/en/mall/parking.jsp), crossing Connaught road through the elevated walkway, or Man Yee Building which is located in 68 Des Voeux Road, only a few blocks away (http://www.mhh.com.hk/map_manyee_carpark.htm)
Your first class only costs $180 and includes a pair of H-Kore non-slip socks.. In order to sign up, please complete the registration form below and we will add one credit to your account, allowing you to book your class.See you soon!
Add your name to the wait list by clicking WAITLIST alongside the class you wish to take and you will be notified via an automated email as soon as a spot becomes available. You will then need to log into your account to book the class. Please note the wait list runs on a first come, first served basis so as soon as you receive the email remember to log on and book!
Please note that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel your class within this period, your account will not be recredited.
Dress for sweat! Regular gym/yoga/pilates wear is advised. We provide towels for class and showering. We do request that our members wear non-slip socks, ensuring a safe workout and clean machines! non slip Hip-Kore socks are provided as part of your sign-on fee and are also available for purchase at the studio. Please bring water with you, we have a filtering system you can use to refill your bottles. Foldable plastic bottles are also available for sale at the studio. Please turn off all mobile phones in the studio - you can either store your bag in the studio or in a locker. Thanks!

We also recommend private classes for anyone with injuries. Our training is renowned for sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. This varies from one person to the next, and depends on your fitness level before starting H-Kore. The workout is designed to create muscle fatigue, at which point you should rest and recover. Three times a week is usually the average, although committed H-Kore clients will find themselves going 5 times a week!
