Coming from a very active background in sports, Vivienne decided she wanted to bring fitness to the forefront of her life. Working with others and helping them reach their fitness goals and achieve results gives her a great sense of achievement. Over the last year, she has obtained a number of qualifications in fitness, from training with AASFP to Sebastien Lagree’s Fitness Certification. Evelyn is a familiar face in Hong Kong fitness circles, being a Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor with 10 years of experience. She is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Polestar Pilates (all apparatus), Les Mills, TRX, Kettlebell (IKKF), Bosu and Pre & Post Natal Pilates (Centre for Women’s Fitness) and also holds a 1st Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo.
Evelyn combines her unique portfolio of skills and experience to create high intensity core based workouts that pack a serious punch. She is passionate about teaching, and helping her clients push themselves to their individual limits. Expect to be challenged, expect to have fun.
On her days off, Evelyn is a keen swimmer and runner and can often be found dragging her friends around the trails of Hong Kong.

Originally from the United States Lisa also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Her love of fitness inspired her to continue with her fitness training and has resulted in a career spanning over 10 years. Lisa has worked as a NASM personal trainer and Power Pilates Mat and Studio Instructor. Additionally, she holds certifications as a CHEK Level 1 Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, in TRX, and as an ECA World Fitness Children’s Specialist. In 2007, Lisa and her family moved to Asia where she earned her Polestar Pilates Studio Certification. Lisa spent a month in 2012 in Netala, India where she completed her 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga Certification. Her enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their goals is what fuels her desire to keep expanding her fitness education.

Jenny gained her degree in psychology, but it wasn’t until an early diagnosis of Osteopenia that brought with it a change of attitude. Jenny grew a love for strength training, and a lifestyle of health and fitness. Consequently these passions lead Jenny to qualify as a personal trainer with the UK’s no.1 training company Premier Global.
