These are small group classes with a maximum of 5 people. You will be moving at a slower pace so you can get familiar with the Megaformer and the workout itself. You will learn how to use the machine in ways that support and challenge your body in just the right and balanced way so you can build up your strength and confidence.
What is the difference between regular MegaKore Basics, Private training sessions, and Semi-private MegaKore Basics classes?
Semi-private sessions will give you a more individual approach than a regular MegaKore Basics class due to the smaller group setting. The trainer will provide you with lots of attention and will be able to go into the details of each move. At the same time, semi-private sessions will still make you enjoy the energy of a group class.
