Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ariel is a world-traveller. Growing up dancing and being active in various sports, Ariel feels most alive when she moves! As an experienced yoga teacher (RYT500, E-RYT200 with Yoga Alliance, and with over 800 hours of teacher training), she is skilled in empowering her clients to be true to themselves and live their best lives. Never stop learning and reinventing herself, she is also an anatomy nerd, Reiki and CranioSacral Therapy practitioner, and writer – a long way from her finance background with a BSc Economics and Masters in PR and Advertising. After starting Lagree Fitness training, she was amazed by its effectiveness in transforming her body and mind, and is motivated to help others benefit from Lagree Fitness like she did.
