Natalie comes to H-Kore with an extensive background spanning 10 years in the Professional Dance and Fitness industries.

Her path as a classical and commercial dancer inspired her lifelong passion for fitness and movement, which has seen her travel internationally; coaching, teaching, choreographing and performing worldwide.

Natalie’s holistic, mind-body approach to her training reflects her multitude of qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Barre and Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor.  Natalie is also a qualified RAD Classical Ballet Teacher.

She loves to find that perfect balance of mental and physical challenge while inspiring you to realise you’re capable of more than you thought you were.
