Born and raised in Hong Kong, Clare is a multi-disciplined trainer drawing from Yoga, Pilates, Mobility, Strength Training, and Movement. With her roots in ballet, Clare first started practicing Yoga as a means to tend to her mental health, as well as injuries from dance training. Eventually, she became more invested in being able to move sustainably over a lifetime, and made the transition to fitness.
Clare is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, certified Pilates trainer, and also holds certifications in CrossFit, Health coaching.
