About Vivienne
Vivienne spent 10 years working in banking before deciding a career change was needed. She was first introduced to Lagree Fitness in 2007 in London, where the very visible results had her hooked on the classes within weeks! Coming from a very active background in sports, Vivienne decided she wanted to bring fitness to the forefront of her life. Working with others and helping them reach their fitness goals and achieve results gives her a great sense of achievement. As a client turned instructor, Vivienne knows how to make a good class GREAT! Certified with AASFP, NASM CPT, 500 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance teacher, Lagree Fitness instructor, & she holds a B(Sc) in Economics.

MegaKore: These classes are my go-to workout. They are efficient, fun, personalised and no two classes are ever the same. When I first starting taking these classes as a student years ago, I couldn’t believe the transformative effect it had on my body. It’s also a fantastic way to meet like minded people!
YogaKore: The perfect class if you are feeling a little tight or stressed. The focus is on opening the body and freeing the mind, while getting in a good workout. If you don’t think yoga is for you, then give this class and try and see what you think afterwards!
