First timers are welcome to join any H-Kore, H-Kore Basics or Pre & Post Natal class they like! You can join KettleKore after taking 8 classes. We have classes throughout the whole day so you can choose a time that best suits your schedule.
Our H-Kore Basics classes are ideal for anyone who wants to focus on perfecting their form and technique. These classes are slightly slower and less intense than regular classes. Ideal, but not limited to first timers.
FOR SAFETY REASONS, FIRST TIMERS NEED TO ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED START TIME. IF YOU ARE LATE YOU CANNOT JOIN THE CLASS.
