One of the main reasons I love H-Kore is that the amazing coaches and staff always make you feel welcome and make sure you start your day off on the right note. Hold, pulse, shake, sweat, stretch and done.

I really love KettleKore! I was always afraid to try kettle bells as I thought they’d make me too bulky or I’d hurt my back. But just the opposite - not only is my back actually stronger, I have more upper body strength than I’ve ever had and I know it’s from the bells. The KettleKore class is a great way to mix up your workouts - it really gets your heart rate up and builds serious strength at the same time.

I decided to check out H-Kore out of curiosity, and I'm so glad I did! The first class was incredibly hard, but the instructors were great and so encouraging. It was this same encouragement that made me attempt their 2030 challenge. I thought it would be great to jump-start a fitness routine for the summer. At first, it was overwhelming trying to compete 20 classes within 30 days but after a few classes, I already began feeling stronger and more confident. Now, as I approach the end of the challenge, I'm feeling stronger, healthier ready to continue my health journey throughout the summer and beyond. Thanks H-Kore!
On May 14th, I fulfilled one of my major bucket list goals and made it to the Everest Base Camp at 5320m, and then went up to Kalar Pattar at 5550m the next morning! I wanted to thank H-Kore for all the awesome classes and amazing trainers that you are!
All the classes I took with you in order to train for this were definitely part of the main reason why I felt fit and strong enough to make it that far! So thank you again and I can’t wait to come back for more!
I showed up to class at a painful o’clock in the morning with eyes full of sleep and skepticism. What followed was 45 minutes of extreme exercise: I twisted, I sweated, I lunged, I sweated, my legs and core burned, I sweated. And I loved every second.
During class, I discovered muscles I didn’t know I had. And discovered they needed work.
“Let me clarify also: this is not a “girly” class. In fact, if you can still say the word “girly” at the end of the class you probably haven’t followed instructions.
And the results? Not only are you stronger and less prone to injury, it brings a level of toning that makes you want to live in a mirror maze!

I love H-Kore! Classes and trainers are fantastic, they encourage you to push through. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable and you can really see the difference in your body. I feel energised afterwards. The staff is also super friendly and attentive, and are always greeting you with a smile. I will definitely recommend H-Kore to everyone!

Regular H-Kore classes were part of my pre-wedding routine. I love that the exercises targets different areas / parts of muscles that we rarely use in other sports. When I was pregnant, I started to join their Pre-natal class and that’s the only pre-natal exercises I did during my pregnant. I exercised until the week 34 and I felt great! After my confinement period, I started their Pre & Post Natal class and it definitely helped me to get back into shape!

I was dragged to H-Kore by a Pilates instructor (Thanks Geoff!), I was expecting something similar to Reformer Pilates. I thought I was doing fine during my first class, but the next day and the day after, my whole body was in pain - This had proven that there were muscles in my body that I hadn't used before - that’s when the love-hate relationship began.
I've been doing the classes for a few years now, and still haven't taken a class that I felt was "easy". The Instructors give you options to make it harder and ensure you're always challenged which I like. They know me and they push me! Adding KettleKore and CircuitKore classes to my routine means I never get bored playing at H Kore studios!”
I’m always looking for something new to challenge myself both physically and mentally, and when I stepped into my first H-Kore class with Allison just over a year ago, a challenge was just what I got! A workout on the Megaformer is unlike any other, and was the perfect complement to my existing training routine. Since then I've become completely hooked -- and it's not just because of the physical results. Sure, I feel fitter, stronger, and more flexible than before, but I'm also feeling more focused and balanced in my workouts. I've gone from being barely able to hold a 30-second plank to being finally able to (almost) keep up with all the snakes, mermaids, dancing bears (you name it) for the 60-90 seconds. And the trainers pay such close attention that there's always a new stretch goal for you to work towards...
My favourite classes on the schedule are the KettleKore classes! Although I had worked with kettlebells before, Eleanor's classes take them to a whole new level, mixing up explosive blocks of strength and cardio with slow and controlled work on the machines. There's no better way to end a Thursday, or to start a Sunday!
From my first class at H-Kore until now, the pull of working out here remains the same. The small class sizes and team of knowledgeable, passionate trainers ensure that you get the attention you need to push yourself towards your goals, and up to and beyond your limits. And the community vibe you get from everyone here, from trainers to front desk staff to fellow clients, makes everyone feel like part of your fitness family :)

H-Kore has been a part of my weekly exercise for the last 5 years now. I was a little weary about going into a class environment but believe me, you’re so focused on your own movements that you don’t get chance to look at what anyone else is doing! I’ve always loved the gym but H-Kore has given me tone and definition that I’ve always craved and never had. The trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable and their mix of styles means it’s easy to find a class to suit your mood and ability whether that be boot camp style or a more gentle approach. I love my weekly class and it’s the first place you’ll find me after a holiday as nothing else compares. I’ve recommended H-Kore to so many friends!
