H-Kore has classes running all day, everyday so you're guaranteed to find a suitable time to strengthen, stretch, sweat and have all your fitness needs met!
Please note that we have a 12 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Late comers are strictly not allowed to attend class for safety purposes.
First-timers are required to arrive 15 minutes before class, as our trainers need ample time to explain our megaformer machines (for MegaKore Series class) and check your history/current injuries that require modifications.
Kindly note that KettleKore Series are not suitable for beginners. We recommend a minimum of 8 KettleKore Basics before attending KettleKore Intermediate/Advanced or 3 MegaKore Basics classes before attending KettleKore Basics.
"Waitlist Only" in the description if a class is fully booked. "JOIN WAITLIST" but that does not mean the booking is confirmed if you did not receive an email confirmation for the class.
