      Kindly note, that personal training sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy and any booking will only be confirmed upon purchase of a valid PT credit/package.


      Want to be pushed a little bit harder and have someone hold you accountable for your choices? Our PT and Nutrition sessions will maximize your training by helping you take control of your nutrition; we do this by working with your strengths and understanding weaknesses.

      Only by complementing your training with the appropriate nutrition, will you truly achieve the results you want.

      What can you expect to achieve? The goal is to make consistent and long lasting changes and achieve sustainable result, in a fun yet challenging training environment.

      This pack includes 8 x 1 hour Private Training Sessions with an expert Trainer. Nutritional advice to compliment your fitness training will make up part of these 8 sessions.
      For optimum results we recommend completing 2 sessions per week, with the aim of completing all 8 sessions in 4 weeks. The cost of this package is $8000.
