
GOOD Yoga I:
This 20-hr program focuses on inspiring a creative, as well as a systematic method to sequencing yoga classes, facilitating breakthrough progress as a yoga teacher.
This program is open to all yoga teachers. The methodology and exercises offered will help you to prepare and teach what you already know more effectively, while presenting you with new viewpoints to consider, to hone your skills and to reveal further potential.
The program is divided into 4 parts. In each part, we will investigate different aspects of teaching yoga and their application in sequencing a class. Participants will experience, hands-on, a full spectrum of planning and writing sequences for different classes, while getting constructive feedback. Participants can expect pre-assignment and homework assignments for each part.
When: Saturday, 17, 24, 31 October and Saturday, 7 November, 1:00pm - 7:00pm.

ABOUT RINAT
Rinat Perlman is a passionate and highly experienced yoga teacher. During 15 years of teaching and studentship, she has studied with several of the world’s most cherished teachers in numerous teacher trainings, advanced trainings and through annual participation in their long-term programs. Additionally, she has been a leader off the mat, as manager of leading yoga studios in Hong Kong and by conducting trainings and mentorship programs for new and experienced teachers.
Rinat also holds higher degrees in business and counseling, and has a private practice as a psychotherapist.
Rinat’s teaching is infused with enthusiasm to share the knowledge and insights that have come through her sustained practice and study of yoga, taking a specific interest in the aspects of physical practice, philosophy, and modern psychology. Her teaching is direct, dynamic, focused, engaging and light-hearted, offering a vast resource for understanding the potential of the practice of yoga. Rinat’s unique courage is expressed in the way she brings all of herself to what she teaches. Her own human walk and her own inner voice are found within each class. Her aspiration is that students leave her classes with fearlessness in their hearts, having touched a deeper level of themselves.
