MegaCircuit combines Lagree moves on the Microformer with HIIT, cross-training, and strength training. The circuit is divided into 4 stations; it is a dynamic workout which targets all your muscle groups, and helps you burn fat and build muscle simultaneously. You’ll circuit through 4 stations, lasting 10 mins each. After completing the first station, you’ll move on to the next one, so a new group can start a new class.
Core Station - true to the Lagree fitness method, this station is all about core strength. By performing a variety of Lagree moves on the Microformer, this station focuses on core and midsection strength.
Cardio Station - this is where you huff and puff, sweat it all out while performing short and sweet cardiovascular exercises. This station is all about high intensity interval training, using plyometrics, sprints and functional moment to get the heart rate up, and the blood pumping.
Strength Stations - Two strength stations focusing on lower and upper body strength respectively. Using different strength training equipment and modalities, these stations focus on pushing, pulling and compound moves to maximise strength, increase power and create agility.
