About Chiva
Chiva was born in Hong Kong, raised in Toronto and graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. As a Lagree Fitness enthusiast, Chiva also enjoys CrossFit, Circuit Training, HIIT, TRX, Aerial Yoga and Muay Thai.
Certified with NASM CPT and CES, Chiva also holds a Stretch Therapist qualification by IPTFA. As an H-Kore client turned instructor, She is all about creating an energetic training environment for clients making her classes enjoyable, effective and challenging.

MegaKore: A full body high intensity session where you will shake and burn on our state of the art Megaformer. Move slow to feel every inch of your range of motion as you focus your mind to your body by finding and maintaining effective form, range and resistance of your workout. Work against gravity, move without momentum, reach your potential beyond limit.
CircuitKore: Our signature circuit training session in which clients strengthen different muscle groups from one station to the next focusing on 5 types of exercise: pulling, pushing, compound, core and cardio using equipment such as free weights and kettlebells, we combine circuit-training with high intensity interval cardio training to get your heart pumping and burn calories to the max.
