From client to trainer, love for the Lagree method is what drove Vanessa to make a career change from Speech Pathology and Developmental Psychology to fitness. Health and Fitness is where she found her true passion. Certified with AASFP, NASAM CPT, Lagree Fitness, RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Wild Lotus Teacher Training (300 hours), Jason Crandell Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (500 Hours), Precision Nutrition Level 2, Poliquin BioSignature Practitioner.
Your health and happiness is at the centre of everything in your life so prioritise it! Schedule your training as you would any important meeting and commit to it. Show up and be accountable to yourself. Honour and respect your body, understand your limits but find your threshold, you are much stronger than what your mind tells you you are.
