Personal Training One Session - $850
1 PT credit with 120 Day Expiry

Personal Training with Nutrition - $7 000
8 x 1 hour Private Training sessions with a Certified Lagree Fitness Trainer. Each session includes nutritional advice that will complement your fitness training. For optimum results we recommend completing 2 sessions per week, with the aim of completing all 8 sessions in 4 weeks.
Pre and Post Natal Pack - $5000
Includes 6 group classes (MegaKore Basics and Pre & Post Natal) and 4 personal training sessions. Your first PT also includes a 15 minute consultation.
