25 8月 2023Lagree嘅訓練原則是正確姿勢而動作慢,重點不是組數或次數,而是連續45分鐘,盡量不停歇。透過慢動作,減低衝擊所引致的受傷機會,亦訓練到一些我們少用到的小肌群及慢速肌。Lagree是一個安全、具效率嘅訓練模式。
Expectations from your first Lagree class
25 8月 2023MegaKore, a workout based on the Lagree Fitness Method, and provides tips for first-timers. The workout is performed on a custom machine called the Megaformer and combines cardio, core, and resistance training. After the first class, expect some soreness and improved strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio.
