Dress for sweat! Regular gym or yoga wear is advised. No shoes are required for any of our workouts. You will receive a pair of H-Kore non-slip socks at your first class, please note you are NOT allowed to take an H-Kore class if you are not wearing non-slip socks. This is to ensure you have a safe workout and and the Megaformers stay clean! If you forget your socks you will be charged $80 for a new pair so don’t forget them. We recommend going barefoot for YogaKore classes. You can wear shoes, non-slip socks or go barefoot in CircuitKore classes.
We provide small towels for class and large towels for showering afterwards. We have eco-organic toiletries and hair dryers also! Please bring a water bottle with you, we have a water filter you can use to refill your bottles. We also sell re-usable eco-bottles in both studios.
Mobile phones are not permitted in the studio – please keep it in your locker.
Add your name to the waitlist by clicking WAITLIST alongside the class you wish to take and you will be notified via an automated email as soon as a spot becomes available. You will then need to log into your account to book the class. Please note the waitlist runs on a first come, first served basis so as soon as you receive the email remember to log on and book!
Please note that we operate a 12 hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel your class within this period, your account will not be recredited.
Need a little privacy? Want to perfect your moves or accelerate your results? We have several private class options available, including one to one and duet classes. We also recommend private classes for anyone with injuries or first timers who are pre or post natal. Our training is renowned for sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. This varies from one person to the next, and depends on your fitness level before starting H-Kore. The H-Kore workout on the Megaformer is designed to create muscle fatigue, at which point you should rest and recover. Three times a week is usually the average, although committed clients will find themselves going 5 times a week!

If you are a regular client and pregnant, check with your Doctor that you are your good to go, then just let your trainer know before class to ensure we adjust some of the movements.
Classes are only cancelled or recredited in the case of a Typhoon 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning.
