Eleanor has been a dedicated H-Kore client since 2011 and has had a love of fitness from a very young age. From marathons to duathlons, she has competed in various different events including the Hong Kong Oxfam Trailwalker and the KOTH Mountain Marathon Series.
Shortly after starting Lagree fitness training, she was amazed at how quickly she began to experience positive transformations, both physically and mentally. The strength and mobility training on the Megaformer translated to her improving performance out on the trails as well as her overall confidence levels in and out of the studio. Witnessing the powerful effect of the Lagree approach on her body and mind, she quickly developed a desire to teach and encourage others, a motivating force behind her decision to become a certified trainer.
Eleanor trains with intensity and dedication and strives to ensure her clients feel the benefits of every shake, burn and bead of sweat dedicated to class. Her classes won’t be easy but will definitely be worth it!
