About Eleanor

Eleanor has been a dedicated H-Kore client since 2011 and has had a love of fitness from a very young age. From marathons to duathlons, she has competed in various different events including the Hong Kong Oxfam Trailwalker and the KOTH Mountain Marathon Series.

Shortly after starting Lagree fitness training, she was amazed at how quickly she began to experience positive transformations, both physically and mentally. The strength and mobility training on the Megaformer translated to her improving performance out on the trails as well as her overall confidence levels in and out of the studio. Witnessing the powerful effect of the Lagree approach on her body and mind, she quickly developed a desire to teach and encourage others, a motivating force behind her decision to become a certified trainer.

Eleanor trains with intensity and dedication and strives to ensure her clients feel the benefits of every shake, burn and bead of sweat dedicated to class. Her classes won’t be easy but will definitely be worth it!

MegaKore: I love MegaKore for its perfect balance of low intensity resistance based training and cardio. Varying spring loads allow you to regress or progress as needed, allowing all exercises to be done at varying levels of intensity. Working through slow controlled movements allows you to identify any muscle imbalances and find correct alignment through the body whilst working multiple muscle groups.

KettleKore: Combines the best of the Megaformer and kettlebells for a combination of high intensity strength and endurance based training to improve functional strength. Transitioning from the Megaformer to the kettlebells working through full range of motion. This class is guaranteed to get your heart rate elevated and leave you with a sweat and smile.

CircuitKore: A great high intensity interval based training class, working both strength and cardio based exercises. Using an assortment of equipment from dumbbells to kettlebells along with some functional body weight movements. A couple of Tabata blocks are also added in to ensure your heart rate gets elevated for that guaranteed sweat.
