YOUR FAVOURITE 20:30 CHALLENGE IS BACK THIS November!
Yes, that's right! Everyone's favorite fitness challenge is returning on Monday, 1 November, and we know you're all excited!
SO WHAT'S INVOLVED...
For those of you who haven't participated before, the 20:30 is a fun way to connect with your fitness community and embrace a new mental and physical challenge. The month-long competition will get you feeling fit and fab just in time for the festive season, and you may even win one of our grand prizes!
- The challenge will run from Monday, 1 November, until Tuesday, 30 November.
- Choose how you want to play from the 3 options below.
- Add your name / team name to the challenge board and tick off your classes throughout the month!
- Anyone who completes 20 classes, and any team that completes 30 classes in November will be entered into our luck draws!
- Yes, you can double up on classes on the same day.
- Don't forget to have fun, enjoy the challenge and don't give up!
OPTION 1 (INDIVIDUAL):
As usual, complete any 20 classes in 30 days.
OPTION 1 PRIZES:
Winner: 20 Pack of H-Kore classes and a Nutrition Kitchen meal plan.
Runner up: 10 pack of H-Kore classes
OPTION 2 (TEAM OF 2):
Work in a team of 2 and complete any 30 classes in 30 days.
OPTION 2 PRIZES:
Winning team: A 6 pack of H-Kore classes and a Joint Dynamics sports massage each.
Runner up team: A single H-Kore class and 1 top and bottom from Sweaty Betty each.
OPTION 3 (INDIVIDUAL):
Complete any 20 classes at 'THE STUDIO' in 30 days (yoga, circuit, barre and mat pilates classes).
OPTION 3 PRIZES:
Winner: 30 day unlimited membership to 'THE STUDIO'.
Runner up: A single class in 'THE STUDIO' and a Nutrition Kitchen meal plan.
