YOUR FAVOURITE 20:30 CHALLENGE IS BACK THIS NOVEMBER!

If you've been looking for a fun, safe and effective way to get in shape then the 20:30 challenge is for you! This month-long challenge encourages you to get fit and strong for the holiday season while also having fun competing against your fitness community.

It's easy to sign up, all you need to do is add your name to the challenge board in either studio or email us here and we'll do it for you!

Not only does the 20:30 challenge have a transformative effect on your body, but it also transforms your mind and how you approach everyday challenges. The successes you have in the studio may seem small, but they’re not! Watch as “I can’t” leaves your vocabulary and you begin to see the impossible as an opportunity!

What’s involved:

Participants who complete 20 classes throughout November will be entered into our Lucky Draw to win amazing prizes from H-Kore, Joint Dynamics, LANE EIGHT, Nutrition Kitchen and Sweaty Betty.

We encourage you to include a variety of classes into your fitness routine to challenge your mind and body in new and different ways. There will be a special prize for the "all-rounder" that attends the biggest variety of class types.

The challenge will begin on 1 November and finish on 30 November.
Add a point next to your name after completing each class.
Yes, you can double up on classes on the same day.
Clients on a 6 or 12 month contract can double up on classes. If you're on the '6 month Quarry Bay only contract' then your second class at Quarry Bay is free. If you're on a 'dual location contract' then your second class at Quarry Bay will be half-price and your second class at Central will be $280. Payment can be made at Reception.
Missed or cancelled classes will not be counted.
