Tell us a little about yourself
I work a lot and outside of the five hats that I wear in fitness and wellness, I also have a passion for education – I have recently have been geeking out in behavioural science and dabbling into understanding more about the unconscious mind. Outside of ‘working’ and nerding out, I also love to snowboard, scuba dive, surf, rock-climb, of course, travel, and I absolutely love a good dance party / festival. I have a bucket list of places for each of these categories!
Do you remember your first Mega class, what was it like for you?
I was all over the place! I couldn’t balance and could barely get through half the class without wobbling or having to pause!
Any advice for new students who are feeling nervous?
Stay present and enjoy the journey.
What’s your favourite megamove and why?
Snake! I love how I feel everything in this move especially my obliques. I struggle with it but I also love it.
Do you have a least favourite megamove, or one that you struggle with?
Snake as well! It’s so challenging. I have a love / hate relationship with this one.
How do you motivate yourself on days when you don’t feel like training?
I put on my favourite tunes (usually a dance song or something nostalgic in a good way) and then I'm good to go!
How has the megaformer changed your body?
My body has become much more toned and definitely a lot stronger than it was before the Lagree.
What sort of music do you like? What 3 songs are on repeat?
I love all sorts of music. I love songs that I was growing up with in the 90s and 2000s. Who doesn’t love Biggie, Tupac and Eminem? Right now, anything Sol Rising, Ocean Eyes by Billie Eillish, Surrender by Natalie Taylor.
What can people expect from your classes?
Anyone who joins my class can expect to work hard and allow their body & mind to transform.
