Tell us a little about yourself

I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I come from a barre and pilates background and have been teaching since 2018. I was not always into fitness but once I got into it there was almost an aha moment. I loved how great I felt after working out in a group class and really saw how it changed me both physically and mentally.

What is your favorite way of exercising/movement and why?

I love to move on the Megaformer. It really packs in such a good workout in 45 minutes, you’re sweating, your heart’s racing and your muscles get all the shakes and feel sore for days after. I absolutely love it and always come crawling back for more.

You will be teaching Kore Focus and BarreKore in our Quarry Bay location. What can your students expect from your classes?

Honestly, I understand clients are super intimidated coming to a class with a new teacher - I promise I don’t bite, just expect good music and for you to sweat and shake those muscles through smiles.

How do you motivate yourself on days when you don't feel like training?

A good cup of coffee. Trust me. It takes you far and just helps you get out of bed with that extra oomph of energy. And of course, reminding myself of the reason for working out in the first place. How does it help me get better tomorrow and achieve what I want in fitness - strength, mobility, endurance (this changes day to day).

WHAT SORT OF MUSIC DO YOU LISTEN TO? WHAT 3 SONGS ARE ON REPEAT?

I’m a big R&B fan so anything dvsn, Summer Walker, Beyoncé, Lucky Daye, SZA and Ella Mai.

FAVOURITE THING TO DO IN YOUR DOWNTIME?

Outside the studio when I’m not teaching or taking classes, I love to eat and discover new food places. I also love to hike all the way up to the peak, collect crystals (because good vibes) and sip on a good cup of coffee or tea.
