Click the “need new password” button and enter your email address.
Go to your email inbox, and open the password reset email. Check your spam incase the email was sent there.
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Log in to our website using your new login information.
OUR NEW H-KORE APP:
Our new H-Kore app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play. If you are trying to log in to our old Glofox powered app it won't work, so please make sure you have downloaded the most recent MBO powered app (links below).
LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST TIME (VIA OUR APP):
Click on Create Account (When creating your account, please use the same email as your registered H-Kore email address - this will link you with your existing account)
Follow the steps on the screen to finish creating your account. You can use the same password for both the app and the website login.
Once you've created your account, click Login
If you had credits in your account prior to the migration, you can check your active credits by clicking on the Menu Bar, then by selecting My Account. If your credits are there then that means your app account was linked with your website login.
If your credits don't appear on the app but they appeared when you signed in on the website, please check that you used the same email address to create your app log in (this should be your existing H-Kore email address).
Please note: If you have an existing MINDBODY App login and it uses the same email address as your H-Kore email address, you will need to sync your accounts. To sync your accounts you will need to request a verification email from the settings section of the app (It may say "resend account confirmation email" if you have done this before). You can get to the settings section by clicking the gear icon in the upper left corner above the profile picture.
Most of the time clicking this verification link will immediately link your MINDBODY app with our H-Kore app. This is though reliant on you using the same email address and name with both accounts. If these do not match then the automatic linking process may not be successful.
As with all system migrations, there are sure to be some hiccups but we will do our best to get back to you quickly! If you experience any issues, please try to figure it out yourself by following the steps above, if you can't work it out please take a screen shot of the exact message / error you are getting andsend that across to us.
