MEGAKORE HIIT

When: Thursdays at 6:30pm, Fridays at 9:45am, Saturdays at 10:00am & Sundays at 9:00am in Quarry Bay

Take your MegaKore training to the next level.

Start by taking your body and mind through a challenging 20min cardio blast workout using high intensity interval training. Working endurance, speed, agility and conditioning to get your body sweating, sweating, sweating. Then jump on our signature Megaformer machine for a 30min full body strength training and core stability workout.

YOGA FLOW - INVERSIONS

When: Alternate Tuesdays at 7:15pm in Quarry Bay


Want to develop, explore or build up your inversion practice?Want to go upside down but not quite confident yet? Then this is the class for you!A dynamic class combining awareness, mindfulness and meditation to engage your body properly and safely when building your inversion practice.During this class we will explore different asanas to help you deepen your understanding of inversions. Learning to build communication and trust with yourself are the most important aspects of your inversion practice. Book now!

Yoga Flow - Beginners:

When: Tuesdays at 6:00pm in Quarry Bay

Find your rhythm and breath in Yoga Flow - Beginners, a vinyasa style of yoga focusing on building a strong foundation to deepen the practice. This class combines static postures with dynamic transitions guided by the breath.

Our 60 minute Yoga Flow - Beginner classes will improve your flexibility, strengthen your muscles and build up a sweat as you combine both. Mindfulness techniques will be taught throughout the class, allowing you to step away from the stresses of everyday life and leave you feeling invigorated. Yoga Flow is suitable for all levels and is taught at a beginner level. As always regressions and advancements will be provided for each student based on experience. Book now!
