GOOD Yoga I:

A physically challenging and well-paced progressive practice using clear and intelligent alignment to build strength and flexibility in the body, clarity of the mind and kindness of the heart.

Suitable for all students. Ideal for new practitioners.

When: Tuesdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm & Thursdays at 9:15am - 10:30am

GOOD Yoga II:

A physically challenging and well-paced progressive practice using clear and intelligent alignments to build strength and flexibility in the body, clarity of the mind and kindness of the heart. Refining and exploring a wider curriculum of yoga poses, including classic inversions (headstand and shoulderstand) and subtleties of practice. Introduction to pranayama.

For those with experience of basic yoga poses.

When: Saturdays 9:00am - 10:15am

GOOD Yoga (ADVANCED):

For teachers and mature students with a thorough understanding of all the basic poses and alignment as well as body stability and awareness. For those who are ready to expand their study of the yoga practices. The class will include more challenging Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy. This class is a unique opportunity to come together in GOOD COMPANY that will educate, challenge and progress your studentship and enhance your teaching skills.

To join this class, prior approval from Rinat is required.

When: Tuesdays 3:00pm - 5:00pm

GOOD VINYASA:

A balanced practice of flow, stability and focus that builds stamina and strength, develops sense of rhythm and agility in the body and sharpens mental attention. Suitable for all students. Not for beginners.

When: Mondays 7:15am - 8:15am & Thursdays at 7:15am - 8:15am

ABOUT RINAT

Rinat Perlman is a passionate and highly experienced yoga teacher. During 15 years of teaching and studentship, she has studied with several of the world’s most cherished teachers in numerous teacher trainings, advanced trainings and through annual participation in their long-term programs. Additionally, she has been a leader off the mat, as manager of leading yoga studios in Hong Kong and by conducting trainings and mentorship programs for new and experienced teachers.

Rinat also holds higher degrees in business and counseling, and has a private practice as a psychotherapist.

Rinat’s teaching is infused with enthusiasm to share the knowledge and insights that have come through her sustained practice and study of yoga, taking a specific interest in the aspects of physical practice, philosophy, and modern psychology. Her teaching is direct, dynamic, focused, engaging and light-hearted, offering a vast resource for understanding the potential of the practice of yoga. Rinat’s unique courage is expressed in the way she brings all of herself to what she teaches. Her own human walk and her own inner voice are found within each class. Her aspiration is that students leave her classes with fearlessness in their hearts, having touched a deeper level of themselves.
