Class Benefits
Strength Training: Enhance your efficiency at each of the Hyrox stations by building up that base. Glute and hamstring strength will help your sled push, sandbag lunges, wall balls and burpee broad jumps.
Cardio: Whether you’re running a solo, doubles, or relay, it’s no secret that the Hyrox race is 50% running! As well as building the kilometers under those feet, it will be important to build in compromised cardio into your routine. 1km of running will feel very different immediately after 1km of rowing or 100m of lunges!
Core Strength & Stability: A strong core provides the foundation for efficient power transfer during running and weighted exercises, improving performance and endurance. It also protects the spine and reduces the risk of injury from the high-impact and heavy lifting demands of Hyrox, ensuring you can maintain proper form and sustain effort throughout the challenging race.
Skill Development: Perfect your form on the wall balls and finetune your strategy with your burpee broad jumps.
