Our Central studio is conveniently located in the heart of Central, just a hop, skip and a jump away from Central & Hong Kong MTR stations, bus and tram stops. H-Kore Central was the proud first home to Lagree Fitness in Hong Kong and is a buzzing and friendly studio where you can enjoy all classes from the MegaKore & KettleKore series. Our male and female changing rooms are fully equipped with everything you will need pre and post workout, including eco-friendly organic toiletries, towels, dryers and lockers.
We have free filtered water available and reusable water bottles, snacks, beverages and sports apparel are available to purchase.
