2 part Kettlebell Warriors Workshop

Whether you are picking up a kettlebell for the first time, need a refresher or looking to perfect the basics we’ve got you covered.

Once you’ve mastered the basics we will move into more technical kettlebell exercises.

Combing the two week workshop for new comers and advanced kettlebell warriors alike you will be sure to learn something new, hone some new skills and feel confident to step into any KettleKore class or gym and confidently train with the kettlebell.

This will be a practical hands-on workshop so be prepared to sweat.

kettlebell fundamentals L1: BACK TO BASICS

Saturday, 9 November, 8:00am - 10:00am
We will be looking at the kettlebell basics from the anatomy of the kettlebell to the benefits of training with the kettlebell for both strength gains and cardiovascular health.

Learning the movement principles for the basic swing, clean and press.

How to progress these exercises for our advanced clients whether that be learning to move with a heavier load or a more efficient movement pattern.

Kettlebell Intermediate L2: GETTING MORE TECHNICAL

Saturday, 16 November, 8:00am - 10:00am
We’ve mastered the basics and want to take your kettlebell skills to the next level. This workshop we will be about learning more technical skills that are used for both strength and endurance training.

Looking at swing progressions, the kettlebell snatch, turkish get-up and much more.

We will also be looking at how to put the basics and intermediate movements together to create kettlebell flows. Giving you the confidence to put together your own flows to train anywhere with the kettlebell.

about the trainer:

Eleanor has been passionate about fitness her whole life and has many years of teaching experience under her belt, if she’s not out running the trails you can catch her at the studio either on the Megaformer or with a kettlebell in hand.

She teaches H-Kores KettleKore class which combines the best of the Megaformer and the Kettlebells.

Eleanor is a certified NASM CPT, TRX Suspension Trainer Specilaist, Kettlebell Level 1 Coach and Level 2 Kettlbell Lifting Specialist.
