Tell us a little about yourself

    Hi! I’m from London and have been living in Hong Kong for almost 3 years, originally working in Finance before I quit my job to pursue a career in fitness and haven’t looked back since!

    Any advice for new students who are feeling nervous?

      Just remember every student in the class was a newbie at some point and everyone remembers how challenging their first few sessions were.

      What’s your favourite megamove and why?

        So hard to choose, probably anything in the core block, love the feeling of my abdominal muscles on fire

        Do you have a least favourite megamove, or one that you struggle with?

        The Fifth lunge! Anyone who can do this move in class without using the cables is my hero!

        How do you motivate yourself on days when you don’t feel like training?

          I don’t believe in the ‘only bad workout is the one you didn’t do’, some days you just need to listen to your body and there’s nothing wrong with taking a rest day

          How has the megaformer changed your body?

            The Megaformer has made me feel much stronger, especially through my core

            What foods are always in your fridge?

            Greek Yoghurt, Cadburys (UK version obviously) and Rose

            What sort of music do you like? What 3 songs are on repeat?

              Can be anything from Taylor Swift to Grime to of course old school UK Garage

              Favourite thing to do in your downtime?

                Travel (pre covid ☹) Read, Watch Real Housewives or basically every reality show and workout of course

                What can people expect from your classes?

                  To work hard and be pushed outside your comfort zone, but you’ll leave feeling stronger, confident and the physical results will speak for themselves.



                  A great workout can be the most important thing you achieve in your day. Fitness is just as important for your mental health as it is your physical health. Taking 45 minutes for yourself can reset your entire day and increase your self-esteem, energy and positivity.
