TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF

I worked in communications before I joined the H-Kore family back in 2018, I also play part as a content creator, a blogger and a freelance model! Fun fact about me: I love to spend time at the beach but I can't really swim (still learning how to float)!

My favorite things in the world are probably dogs and food. My dream is to move to Bali for the summer and the Netherlands in the winter, with Spain in between! What a great combo, right? ;)

DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR FIRST MEGA CLASS, WHAT WAS IT LIKE FOR YOU?

First class is like first love, you will never forget. Thanks to Geoff my whole body was sore for 7 days, my abdominal muscles hurt when I sneezed and I could barely walk down the stairs with my jelly legs! I hope it's not weird to say I actually enjoyed the pain!

ANY ADVICE FOR NEW STUDENTS WHO ARE FEELING NERVOUS?

You're not alone and if you feel lost in your first couple classes, but don't give up! We all have been there and we just need to keep challenging ourselves every time! Life gets boring when you stay within the limits you already know!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MEGAMOVE AND WHY?

My all-time favourite is definitely the classic - Wheelbarrow, and my new favourite - Scrambled Eggs! It's two different moves but both work hard with the trunk, and if you do it right you will feel your body burn and fire up right away!

Oh, and I can't end this question without mentioning my number 1 leg exercise - Dragon lunge! Perfect one to burn those glutes, work every time!

DO YOU HAVE A LEAST FAVOURITE MEGAMOVE, OR ONE THAT YOU STRUGGLE WITH?

I struggle with Bear...a lot! Keeping your hips aligned with your shoulders during the exercise is not easy, but it's my goal to master it!

HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOURSELF ON DAYS WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE TRAINING?

Go to the beach/nature and absorb some vitamin D from the sun! The soothing sound of the ocean and trees help to clear my mind, calm the nerves and rejuvenate my soul at the same time, I feel refreshed after and ready for more challenges!

HOW HAS THE MEGAFORMER CHANGED YOUR BODY?

I suffered from low-back pain in the past, and I realized how weak my core was. The Megaformer doesn't only help to strengthen my core, challenging myself (mentally and physically!) every time but most important is how it helps with my posture! I can tell my body definitely got leaner and stronger, and I let go of the insecurities I had before!

WHAT FOODS ARE ALWAYS IN YOUR FRIDGE?

CHEESE! A lot of cheese, spicy food and soda water! I don't think I can live without any of these!

WHAT SORT OF MUSICS DO YOU LIKE? WHAT 3 SONGS ARE ON REPEAT?

I like all music in general - especially Pop, Country, and Hip Hop!

3 songs on repeat - Apologize, Fake Plastic Trees & Like A G6! Never get old!

FAVOURITE THING TO DO IN YOUR DOWNTIME?

EAT & SLEEP, and I won't feel guilty at all! I treat myself even better when I'm not feeling great, self-love is always a priority!

WHAT CAN PEOPLE EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES?

A proper form, I'll make sure you focus on quality before we move to quantity! You can also expect to challenge your limit with me, transforming your mind and body. Moreover, you will leave the class with sweat and good energy!
