We will discuss the important role that exercise plays in a healthy pregnancy
and post natal recovery.
Lead by Vanessa (co-owner of H-Kore, trainer and mum of 2 girls) and Flora
(trainer and mum of 2 girls).
An interactive discussion covering the following topics:
What physical changes to expect during and after pregnancy and how to
use exercise to best support the body’s changing needs
Basic principles of exercise during and after pregnancy
Preconceived ideas of exercise and pregnancy
Most common symptoms and issues that arise though pregnancy that can
be addressed though exercise, stretching and movement
Using both the Megaformer and mats, we will guide you through exercises
that can be performed pre and post pregnancy, both in the studio and at

Our 45 minute Lagree Fitness classes are high intensity but low impact,
making them the perfect workout at any stage of pregnancy.
All exercises are modified to ensure you are working in a safe and
appropriate manner. Once you’ve completed a few of our Pre & Post
Natal classes you can join MegaKore Basics classes too.
Pre & Post Natal classes are available at our Central & Quarry Bay studios.
Central: Tuesday at 11:20am & Saturday at 8:00am.
Quarry Bay: Friday at 8:45am.
