Meet Chloe, the newest member of our fit-fam. Chloe will be joining us on the schedule from 1 November, 2019. Expect high energy and be prepared to be challenged in Chloe’s classes with her creative flows and an undeniable burn that will leave you wanting more!

A LITTLE ABOUT CHLOE..

Dancing since the age of 3, Chloe has always had an affinity with movement. Pursuing dance professionally, Chloe discovered Pilates and Yoga as a way to supplement her training and soon found herself diving deeper on this path.

Originally from London but with a nomadic heart, Chloe found herself living and working in various parts of the world from London to HK and LA. It was in LA that her love for Lagree Fitness really kicked in and she decided to share that love with others.

You teach Yoga, Circuit-style classes and megaformer classes. Tell us a little about why you love each and why you think they complement each other?

I love Yoga because it really allows you to be present and create a mind/body connection, challenge yourself and be in the flow of life. No day is ever the same and that is perfectly ok.

I love Circuit-style classes for a good sweat and to kickstart a day.

I love megaformer classes because I feel that they fuse the elements that I love from Yoga and Circuit training into one perfectly workout!

Our 20:30 Challenge starts this week, what advice do you have for everyone who’s taking part?

Enjoy the process, some days may be harder than others but that’s ok you got this!

What can people expect from your classes?

Energy! Brilliant burnouts, banging playlists and a kickass routine.


You have a strong background and passion for Dance and Barre, how do these two styles influence your classes?

Yes, I was a professional dancer for 10+ years with that I feel I really focus on the flow of the routine; how each exercise flows into the next. Discipline and is another strong focus in my class and the music is a driving force which ties it all together.

Do you have a favourite / most-dreaded mega move?

My favourite mega move hands down is a Scrambled Egg followed by a Teaser, Plank to Pike and let’s not forget those amazing Bungee Kicks!

I dread when one (all) of these are not included in a class.

Do you remember you first megaformer class, how did you feel after?

Yes I took my first class in LA a few years ago, I felt incredible after!

How do you motivate yourself when you don’t feel like working out?

I like to workout first thing in the morning so I don’t have time to think about not working out.

How has the megaformer changed your body?

Well initially I started Lagree to support my practice as a dancer to maintain my core strength and it has really helped with that.

What sort of music do you like to work out to? What 3 songs do you have on repeat?

I love House Music, something funky with a beat. Right now I’m loving Starry Night by Peggy Gou, I Want your Attention by Moon Boots and anything by Kaytranada.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Peanut butter!
