In this class, you will get an overview of the Megafomer, and take a deep dive into the fundamental Lagree moves. We will touch on the principles of the Lagree Method so you have a clear understanding of how and why we move the way we do!
In this 55-min class, the flow and tempo will be different from our usual MegaKore classes. We pay extra attention to body positioning, movement, and transitions while guiding you through a challenging workout! Time will be broken up into workout blocks and explanation blocks. In this informative and fun class, you can explore and play on the Megaformer while learning the magic elements to help you Strengthen, Stretch, and Sweat confidently through all our MegaKore classes.
