In MegaStrength, you'll experience a unique blend of core training and strength-building exercises. The class kicks off with a warm-up to prepare your body for action, followed by two invigorating sessions on the Microformer, Dumbbell and Kettlebells. You’ll alternate between focused core workouts and strength challenges.
