At H-Kore, we understand that your body needs that special care and attention before and after you give birth. So whether you are looking to stay fit during your pregnancy or working to recover your pre-natal figure, our Pre & Post Natal classes are specially designed for you.
These 45 minute Lagree Fitness classes high intensity but low impact, making them the perfect workout at any stage of pregnancy.
All exercises are modified to ensure you are working in a safe and appropriate manner. Once you’ve completed a few of our Pre & Post Natal classes you can join MegaKore Basics classes too.

Intensity bars provide general guidelines but all classes are modified to meet individual fitness and skill levels.

- We ask our Pre & Post Natal clients to get the green light from their doctor before attending classes.

Regular H-Kore classes were part of my pre-wedding routine. I love that the exercises targets different areas / parts of muscles that we rarely use in other sports. When I was pregnant, I started to join their Pre & Post Natal class and that’s the only pre-natal exercises I did during my pregnancy. I exercised until the week 34 and I felt great! After my confinement period, I started their Pre & Post Natal class and it definitely helped me to get back into shape
