About Megan
Originally from the United States, Megan is a professional dancer, choreographer and fitness instructor. While still performing throughout Asia for corporate and commercial events, she became a Master Trainer in Rebounding Fitness in 2015.
Megan attended MegaKore classes as a client and experienced the benefits, challenges and the burn of Lagree Fitness. Soon after she began her Megaformer training, focusing on deep muscle activation with a combination of strength, endurance, cardio and core focus.
She is TRX certified in GSTC and STC as well as Rebounding Classes in Cardio, Tabata, and Strength Training.
Megan’s primary concentration is training with technique, ensuring the most efficient workout possible. Her goal for every client is wellbeing through proper form.
