Combining elements of Barre, Dynamic Pilates, body weight training, Yoga and HIIT expect a highly effective full body workout focused on controlled isolated movements that will work you to the core as you lengthen and strengthen the body.
Good music combined with bands, hand weights, sliding discs and high energy, our BarreKore Pop-Up class will guarantee a fun, sweaty and chiseling workout.
Expect seamless transitions from each exercise whilst we sweat, lengthen, tone and of course feel that brilliant burn!
No experience is required, this class is open to all.
