About Christie
Christie started as a long-distance runner, learning discipline and never giving up from a young age. When injuries from running became a problem, she found Lagree as a way to stay fit and feel good. She quickly fell in love with this new workout. The 45-minute classes on the Megaformer push Christie to her limits every time- keeping her strength and endurance at the top. Christie also brings skills from teaching barre and Pilates classes, which helps her guide others in tough but low-impact exercises.
